In 2011 during my vacations I went to London for a week because this was a city that I always wanted to visit. One of the most fun parts of my trip was the ride on the most famous giant wheel in the UK the London Eye. The view from the top of the wheel was amazing and it's an image that is still in my mind.Other attraction that I enjoyed to see was the Natural History Museum, where i was amazed by the remains of the huge dinassour which were in exposition. I also did some more spectacular things there like a boat cruise on the river Thames. I also went to Madame Tussauds and saw the most famous people in the planet in wax figures!
After this I went to spent some money in some souvenirs on Harrods! In the end I just wanna say that I love London and wish to come back there any time soon if possible!

Internet
The internet is considered one of the most important technological discoveries worldwide!
The internet or the worldwide network of computers, appeared in 1969 in the midst of the cold war.
This great discovery, serves to share information, Exchange, express ideas and opinions, contacts with colleagues, family through social networks and not only so many other services.
Has any other risk situations!
I use it in a positive way and in my opinion, the internet was a great invention and will continue to be an area with great development to serve us all!

Generic Drugs.
Generic Drugs.
A generic drug is a drug with the same active ingredient of the original drug and it can usually be changeable with respect to the reference product, the exchange generic is possible. The researchers note that generic drugs turn out to be more economically viable than the branded drugs because they "benefit from 12 years of name drugs." So there is no argument that contradicts the fact that generic drugs have the same quality that brand name drugs
Diabetes
Every book about diabetes begins with the history of the disease.
You learn that it is an ancient disease, which Banting & Best were the discoverers of insulin and many other things.
However, it is known that the knowledge about diabetes experienced a dramatic evolution in recent years, not only about the pathological mechanisms of diseases, but also in relation to new therapeutic options, all based on the same pathophysiological mechanism of diabetes.
This fantastic progress in knowledge was indisputable source of good and bad news.
Starting with the lattest news, it is known that diabetes has emerged as an epidemic of serious proportions; its prevalence has increased dramatically, as a result of an aging population and negative changes in lifestyle .
Additionally, the disease is manifested in earlier ages.
Geneticists believe, today, that a group of genes spread throughout the genome, in varying combinations and a complex interaction with acquired factors lead to the onset of diabetes and its complications, whose impact varies from individual to individual.
Finally, it tends to disappear the classical distinction between diabetes type 1 or 2, and is now recognized the diabetes "type 1.5" (the latent autoimmune diabetes in adults) and was been diagnosed many cases of type 2 diabetes in adolescents and those with diabetes type MODY, where there is a genetic alteration, appeared, also, various forms of glucose intolerance, such as those found in pregnancy, polycystic ovary and steatohepatitis.
However, the evolution of knowledge has also brought good news.
For example, are now understood all the pathophysiological aspects of hyperglycemia and it is possible to know the blood sugar levels at any time, with cutting-edge mobile technologies.
Are understood, too, the cellular basis of insulin resistance that predicts, characterizes and precedes glucose intolerance.
There are thorog knowledge of the role of the endocrine pancreas in diabetes and also their role in sudden or progressive loss of beta cell function.
Are also known, the effects of gastrointestinal hormones in glycemic control, as well as the harmful effects of obesity and overweight in the control of diabetes.
Are advanced studies on the mechanisms of hypertrophy of the islets (neogenesis vs. replication).
This new knowledge led to intense activity in the pharmaceutical industry.
For over half a century, the only treatments available to hyperglycaemic conditions, were sulfas, insulin and metoformina.
Now, the new drugs, seek to act in multiple pathophysiologic mechanisms of glucose metabolism.
Exciting new strategies are being examined: for example, activation of glicoquinase, blocking the action of glucagon, prevention of renal reabsorption of glucose, delayed gastric emptying, inhaled insulin and oral.
The possibility for the normalization of blood glucose for 24 hours does appear to be achieved in short, a fact comparable to that achieved with statins in relation to cholesterol.
There is, therefore, to keep alive the hope for a brighter future.

The importance of Internet in my life
Hello! My name is Vanessa, I'm 28 and I'll talk a bit about the importance of internet in my life.
The internet has become very important to me since the moment that social networks appeared . Through them I can keep in touch with most people that somehow have made or are part of my life.
Nowadays you can talk using video calls, that provides a sense of shortest distance between family and friends.
It is also through the internet that I save a lot of time in the delivery of statements of IRS, in payment of car tax, on transfers and payments for services.

The Internet
The internet has revolutionized our society. Apart from being a way of communicate, it is also used to do research. It's easy, fast, economical and environmentally friendly.
But all this accessibility has brought with it many dangers. As for example, life can become more virtual than real, the easy way which kids can access to inappropriate content, or the habituation of young people to get information so easily, it only devalues other type of research and make them accepting its contents without questioning.
Personally and professionally I go to the Internet to do research, send e-mails, share documents and taking care of issues related to social security and finance, also use the Home Bank. All this with just one click.

Text about music
Hi my name is Sandra Vitorino, and I leave were one short reflection about music.
The creation, performance, significance, and even the definition of music vary according to culture and social context. Music ranges from strictly organized compositions (and their recreation in performance), through improvisational music to aleatoric forms. Music can be divided into genres and subgenres, although the dividing lines and relationships between music genres are often subtle, sometimes open to individual interpretation, and occasionally controversial. Within "the arts", music may be classified as a performing art, a fine art, and auditory art. There is also a strong connection between music and mathematics.

Hi my Name is Paulo and I leave were one short reflection of hearing lost problems and a short advice of prevention that all persons can read and think a little.
What is the problem with noise?
Noise is part of everyday life, but too much noise can cause permanent and disabling hearing damage. This can be hearing loss that gets worse over time, damage caused by sudden, extremely loud noises, or tinnitus (permanent ringing in the ears).
With hearing damage, conversation becomes difficult or impossible, your family complains about the television being too loud, you have trouble using the telephone, and you may be unable to sleep. By the time you notice, it is probably too late.
However, there is no need for your hearing to be damaged by your work – your employer has a duty to protect you and should be working on measures to reduce the risk. You can play a part in helping your employer to protect you.
Best regards Paulo Vitorino.

Buenas Noches

playa. Deseo a todos mis amigos unas buenas vacaciones. Adiós hasta breve.
Buenas tardes,
