Hello! My name is Carla Henriques. I am 37 years old, I am from Portugal, I live in Cadafais and live in a house. I am marrid, I have a son. I like watching tv. and relax. My favorite day of the week is sunday, because it is the weekend. Sanday, I usually wake up at 10:00 and then. I sommestime go for a walk. I never go to bed before 23:00.

I was born ou the 12 th of Janeiro 1959
in a smal Village in Alentejo
called Pisão and becanse of that i'm Portuguese.

I'm married and I have 2 very beautiful children, a girl and a boy.
I have a cat named Ticha
and I work in a rest house in Ajambuja

The internet has just came into my life, I do not use it in my work.
My children used it and I never cared,but because of the RVCC process I have net at home again.
Nuw I use the internet and I enjoy using it, I use it to find the materials that I need for my porfolio. I love talking to my family and friends through the Messenger and the webcam.
The internet has changed the lives of many people but my life not so much.

The internet is very useful, it's much information, but also contains many dangers.
We must be alert, it's viruses, fraud, child abuse etc...
All care is insufficient when there are children using it.

Internet - advantages and disadvantages

The Internet is a network without geographic boundaries that helped the globalization of the world.

Through the Internet we can access lots of information without leaving home.
The news sites let you know what happens anywhere in the world. We also can perform banking transactions, shopping, booking holidays or travel. Through the webcam we can see and talk with relatives who are away.

E-mail is an important tool for business or leisure that allows us to send messages to anywhere in the world.

The Internet also facilitates the approach of government to citizens.
In education the Internet has an important role as an educational and learning tool, it also offers the online courses at any virtual school or university.

The Internet fosters a new economy. New professions have emerged from the spread of provision of online services.

The network allows to access and share information on personal, professional or educational purposes.

But Internet it isn’t only advantages, it also has dangerous contents, fraud, false identities and virus. So you must be careful and responsible in order to benefit from the advantages of resources offered and recognize pitfalls that, for sure, exist.
