Good afternoon, I´m Sandra Nunes, I´m 28 years old and I live in Torres Vedras. I´m married and I´m mother of a 3 year old child. I´m conducting the RVCC process secondary level-because I wasn't capable to do it when I was at school. I left school early, because I wanted to go to work. That´s because did't realise the importance of the studies in that time and now I regret it very much.
There are many people who don´t give the right value to this process of new oportunitys and they think it´s very easy and unfair the way we get the equivalence to the secondary level. But what they dont´t know is that the RVCC it´s a very complex process. In my opnion, it has more value a person who has a life experience and many knowledge in work area than a young person that completed secondary level by traditional school. Because this person may not have enough knowledge to do certain works and to pass by some difficulties that appear a regular working days.
I think that the RVCC should be done with more time because this process it is for older people and most of them have a family to care, a business to run, etc... so it´s dificult to have time enough to write.

My name is Mário Rui Francisco, I am thirty-three years old. I’m Portuguese and I live in Matacães, Torres Vedras. I’m a mechanic, profession that I love.
I'm very happy, I am married and recently had, for about a month, a daughter, experience unique and very rewarding, I'm loving it.
I force myself to be a very good father, I'll try to give my daughter a good education and instilling in her values like honesty, loyalty, justice, freedom, tolerance, generosity, among others.
Be a father is an arduous task, but can look to her every day compensates all.

Dream

Hi.
My name is Helena Neto, i belong the group RT 05/11 Torres Vedras.
I must present here a work to the RVCC process.

I have a dream...

I dream that it is possible our planet will last forever.
That is not true, about half of the species on the planet can not exist within forty or fifty years.
I dream that the governments of all countries put environmental concerns over economic interests and take measures to stop the use of fossil fuels, and create conditions for investing in exploration of alternative energy sources like wind, solar, waves, hydrogen.
I dream that all men change their behavior and stop emit carbon dioxide and other harmful gases into the atmosphere.
I dream that the temperature will not rise and we can still stop the disastrous damage that might happen if we continue to think that environmental concerns do not relate to each of us individually.
But it's just a dream ...

The World...

The world is sick, people are not doing enough to take care of the world.
If we stop for a moment and think about what we are doing to our planet, we will certainly change it.
All of us have to do something so the planet gets better, with cleaner and healthier air.
Let us all together save what remains of our planet.
People have more diseases, animals are disappearing, rivers and seas no longer have a lot of fish.
This is a message I want to leave to all.

Good afternoon, my name is Elsa Marques, I am 54 years old and I live in Sobral de Monte Agraço, all my life I have always been an adventurous person and when I decide that I have to accomplish something, i never leave it untill i suceed. So I decided to join this group and start studying again, it is something I have always wanted, a challenge, it keeps me busy and we are always learning in life. With this wonderful thing, the Internet, we are always updated in various aspects, besides being an outstanding tool of comunication, we can also use it in our leasure times, it is fast and can get a single message to millions of people around the World, it is a very helpfull item nowadays. As everything, it has it's good and bad side, if you do not use it properly, but if you can, you take many advantages. You can buy anything online, do researches, talk to friends, and so many other things. I think it is the way to the future.

Importance of a Healthy Lifestyle

A healthy lifestyle helps keep the body and mind in shape and helps to protect ourselves from diseases and stop chronic diseases from becoming more severe. A healthy lifestyle is important because as the body ages, we start to notice changes in the muscles and joints, and a decline in physical strength.
To physically keep a healthy and disease free body:
• Practice at least 30 minutes of moderated physical activities;
• Have a balanced diet;
• Don’t smoke, and avoid smoking environments;
• Avoid alcoholic drinks in excess;
• See a doctor regularly for a health evaluation.
