The Internet has brought new forms of communication, instant messengers like MSN, the Internet telephony such as Skype, email, social networks like Facebook, among others, are internet-based tools that enabled a revolution in how we communicatewith others.

This is a very positive point, because it not only cheapened the cost of communication as people become closer. But there is one downside is that the digital divide, in other words, many people are without access to the internet and thetechnological point of view are digitally excluded.
